Terms & Conditions
1. PROMOTER
This competition is administered by Spes Bona Motors (Pty) Ltd.
2. ELIGIBILITY
The competition is open to all Namibian residents aged 18 years or older, except employees of Spes Bona.
3. COMPETITION PERIOD
The competition runs from 1 June 2024 to 31 July 2024. Spes Bona Motors reserves the right to extend or shorten the competition period at its discretion.
4. HOW TO ENTER
Participants must:
- Post a photo of a vehicle purchased from Spes Bona Motors on Facebook or Instagram
- Include a short story or memory related to the vehicle, and
- Use the hashtag #SpesBona50 in their post.
Multiple entries are permitted if each entry features a different vehicle and story.
5. PRIZES
Weekly Winners: Selected by the Spes Bona Motors team based on creativity, emotional resonance, and storytelling. Winners will receive N$500.
Grand Prize: Awarded to the oldest verified photo or the customer who demonstrates the longest history of loyalty with Spes Bona Motors. The winner will receive N$2,000.
6. WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION
Weekly winners will be selected and announced every Friday during the campaign period.
The grand prize winner will be selected and announced on 31 July 2024.
Weekly Winners will be contacted via Facebook / Instagram. If a winner does not respond within 72 hours, Spes Bona Motors reserves the right to select an alternate winner.
Grand Prize Winner: The winner of the N$2,000 grand prize will be selected at the end of the competition and announced during Spes Bona Motors’ official 50th birthday celebration.
7. GENERAL TERMS
By entering the competition, participants agree that Spes Bona Motors may use their submitted photo, name, and story for marketing and promotional purposes related to the campaign, without additional compensation.
Entries must not contain offensive, illegal, or defamatory content. The judges’ decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
Spes Bona Motors reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not comply with these Terms & Conditions.
8. LIABILITY
Spes Bona Motors will not be held responsible for:
Entries not received due to technical issues,
Incorrect or incomplete information provided by entrants, or
Any loss or damage suffered by participants as a result of entering the competition or accepting a prize.
9. PRIVACY
Personal information collected will only be used for the purposes of administering this promotion and will be handled in accordance with Spes Bona Motors’ privacy policy.
